Easy Eats

This is barely a recipe - it’s what I do when I’m tired and I want something substantial, like last night. I go to the grocery store and find whatever steak-like meat is on sale for $3/lb and slap it on the grill (Lean Mean in my case) with kosher salt, pepper and a little butter. This way it’s cheap and I can have it just how I like it, pink in the center but still hot.
