Although I think I’m still actually digesting Thanksgiving dinner, here are some pics I took (click to enlarge). It was very semi-homemade, and there was two packages of butter involved so it was gooooooood.

We still have way too many tomatoes, and I needed to do something different, so I tried out this Tomato Tart with Parmesan Crust recipe from 101Cookbooks, and substituted my tomatoes while adding some fresh mozzarella. It turned out pretty good!
